The Bukid numbers are a counting system used by the Bukidnon people of the Philippines. The system is based on the Philippine number system, which uses the digits 1 to 10 in its base–10 counting. The Bukid system is based on the Philippine system, but instead of using the digits 1 to 10, it uses the numbers 12 to 20, as follows: 12 = uno, 13 = dos, 14 = tres, 15 = quatro, 16 = singko, 17 = sais, 18 = siyam, 19 = diyes, and 20 = dies. The Bukid system is used primarily for counting and measuring and is often used in the measurement of land and other physical objects.
A Bukid number is a unique identification number assigned to a specific lot or parcel of land in the Philippines. It is issued by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR). The Bukid number is used to ensure proper identification and transfer of ownership rights to the land.
